How to Serve it –Moving Sushi Bar

The moving sushi bar would be set as the main feature of the wedding meal, positioned at one end of the room with a Chef to assist with the guest’s choices. Not only is it a talking point, food station and fantastic feature it also becomes a visual spectacle! The small noodle bowls with freshly prepared sushi meals constantly rotate giving guests the opportunity to pick and choose dishes as they wish.

The Japanese theme continues with the decoration of the moving sushi bar. Bowls filled with accompanying sauces garnished with bamboo leaves sit on a side table for guests to spoon onto their sushi feast. Large clear fish bowls are placed as centre pieces on each table with bear grass and pink orchids artfully arranged within them. Personalised chopsticks are the chosen cutlery for guests, each engraved with the Bride and Grooms name’s and date of the wedding.
