Picnic Table Menu

For those that wish to have all the treats of a picnic but worried about the British weather, we can offer two options for your day!

Option 1; Picnic Drop off

We will drop off the lovely selection of food below on disposable platters. You can then serve the food to your guests at your leisure.

Option 2; Picnic Table Share

The tables will be set with one plate, one wine glass leaving it as free as possible for the food! The cutlery will be wrapped in pretty paper napkins and held in a galvanized pot which is fun and again frees up the table on the centre of each table a selection of picnic goodies will be placed so guests can share and get a choice of what they fancy.

Option 3; Picnic Buffet

If you prefer a full table layout, with side plate, cutlery at each place setting, two wine glasses, then this is the option for you! Guests will be asked table by table to come up to the buffet station, where they can grab a plate and pile on the delicious treats!

Please choose, 1 tart, 3 salads and 1 extra, 1 dessert or cheese The menu as standard will come with rustic bread, olives and hummus

Crab and ginger tart with a chilli dressing
Oven-dried tomato and thyme tart with Blue Vinney olive oil and rocket
Asparagus and pancetta tart with dolcelatte
Goats cheese puff pastry tart with red pepper, malted onion and black olive tapenade
Spanish Tortilla Tart with organic eggs and potato

Salads
Cherry tomato and wild rocket salad
Puy lentil salad tossed with feta, olives and mixed peppers with a lime dressing
Beef tomato and red onion salad with basil and herb oil
Peppery leaf mix including rocket and watercress with a lemon and olive dressing
Bulghar wheat salad with aubergine, courgette and pine nuts
Salad Niçoise with egg and fine beans
Homemade Potato Salad
Crunchy homemade coleslaw

Extras
Duck liver and basil pate
Mustard and butterbean pate with garlic toasts
Skewers of char grilled Cajun style salmon with lime and coriander hollandaise
Skewers of chicken marinated in honey and lemon, wrapped in sage and Parma ham
Crisp filo money bags filled with wild mushrooms and boursin cheese
Roasted butternut squash filo money bag with an orange scented yoghurt dip
