We are passionate about our food and drink, and take great pride in the quality of the drinks we offer. If you would like your guests to enjoy our fantastic cocktails, we will need to amend the staffing costs to include trained cocktail barmen / flaring barmen.
As there are so many different ranges of glassware available to hire, we are happy to advise on the perfect accompaniment to your selected menu and add elegance and style. We have a bespoke light bar (to service 50-500 guests) and also simpler options to work with your budget.
Our bartenders are experts at all cocktails and can also devise a special something especially for you.

France Sauvignon Blanc – Duc de Chapelle 2006
Aromatic and typically grassy with a zesty lemon and lime character. Exotic gooseberry and grapefruit flavours develop on a well balanced palate ending with fresh rounded acidity.
Italy Pinot Grigio – San Antonio 2006 | £11.00
A well balanced white with an elegant and delicate perfume and fresh appley fruit. San Antonio retains a refined acidity, matching subtle peach and pear flavours, which linger on the finish.
Australia Semillon Chardonnay – Copperstone Creek 2006 | £11.50
The palate is clean, crisp and balanced with a persistently long finish. Good ripe creamy texture and citrus notes make this Australia`s most popular blended white wine.
Chile Chardonnay Unoaked – La Playa, Colchagua Valley 2006 | £12.00
A fresh, fruit-friendly nose suggests pineapple and peach. On the palate it is clean, mid-weight, fresh with good citrus acidity and a pleasant finish.
France Muscadet Sur Lie – Domaine des Herbauges 2006 | £13.00
A crisp, refreshing dry wine with intense, almost exotic fruit and the rich bread-like character added by ageing over winter on the wine’s lees. Ideal with seafood.
Argentina Altosur Sauvignon Blanc – Finca Sophenia 2007 | £13.50
Very bright greenish yellow colour with intense aromas of pink grapefruit, passion fruit and lime. In the mouth it is fresh and citric with concentrated flavours and a lingering aftertaste.
Uruguay Torrontes – Rio Pajaros, Pisano 2007 | £15.50
A generous, complex bouquet with honey and spice aromas. Fresh, crisp and well balanced on the palate. It was recently awarded the trophy for ‘best Torrontes produced in South America’.
South Africa Chenin Blanc – Backsberg, Western Cape 2007 | £15.80
This fantastic wine has ripe fruit, tempered by finely balanced acidity to give a mouth filling, yet refreshing palate, which has a lingering finish.
Australia Riesling – Icely Road, Orange, New South Wales 2006 | £17.00
Attractive aromas with a delicate mix of lemon, lime & orange blossom. Honeyed lime flavours are supported by mineral notes, followed by a fine, long finish.
New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc – Totara Hill, Marlborough 2006 | £17.50
This classic South Island Sauvignon has a lively gooseberry scented aroma and typical herbal flavours with apples, gooseberry and passion fruit on the palate.
Italy Gavi di Gavi – Ca da Bosio 2006 | £21.50
A perfumed mineral character adds complexity to lively aromas of fruit and flowers. Further refined by extended lees contact which imparts complex, lingering hints of vanilla.
France Chablis – Domaine Fevre 2006 | £22.80
The nose is intense with peach, pear and citrus aromas balanced with a very distinct minerality. The palate is rich and intense with a very nice mineral balance.
France Sancerre – Domaine Raimbault 2006 | £23.00
The wine is matured on its lees until bottling. The result is a fresh and lively wine with citrus fruit aromas with elegance and finesse on the palate.

Italy Pinot Grigio ‘Ramato’ – Il Barco, Veneto 2006 A salmon pink rosé with delicate, perfumed aromas of peach and rose petals and soft, red fruit flavours on the palate. It is dry and well balanced, excellent to drink with fish and white meats.
France Sancerre Rose – Domaine Raimbault 2006 | £15.00
Pale salmon pink in colour with a light summer fruits bouquet followed by a burst of ripe raspberry. Highly sought after and increasingly fashionable, this is a top quality rose.
Red Wine

Italy Nero d’Avola Shiraz di Sicilia – il Paradisso 2006
The bouquet is slightly spicy and fruity with notes of blackberries, blueberries and mulberries. Smooth on the palate with a pleasant sensation of ripe fruit on the finish.
France Cabernet Merlot – Duc de Chapelle 2006 | £9.50
A bright red wine which retains the natural fresh fruit character. This Cabernet Merlot is soft and mellow with ripe berry flavours and is smooth on the mouth.
Australia Shiraz – Copperstone Creek 2006 | £12.00 A powerful aroma of fruitcake and plums and on the palate, there are powerful lifted notes of spice and mint. An polished example of Australia’s redolent and signature grape.
Spain Don Placero – Rioja Tempranillo 2006 | £12.25
A soft, seductive oak aged Rioja, made from Tempranillo and Garnacha grapes. The wine exhibits sweet plum and raspberry fruit, finishing with cedar and vanilla on the palate.
Chile Merlot – La Playa, Colchagua Valley 2005 | £12.50
Aromatic intensity and richness of black fruits like plum, leading to notes of menthol and fresh red fruits. In the mouth it is creamy and round, with soft tannins and a long, savoury finish.
Argentina Altosur Malbec – Finca Sophenia 2006 | £13.80
Aromas of intense ripe fruit, cherries, blackberries, blueberries, & fresh plums, combined with spicy and floral hints. In the mouth the sweet, round tannins increase its fruit sensation.
France Cotes du Rhone – Domaine de l’Amandine | £14.00
A fresh, vibrantly fruity blend of Syrah with Grenache, Carignan and Cinsault. The spicy, smoky aromas Syrah dominate the bouquet, whilst red fruits and spice compete on the palate.
Uruguay Tannat – Rio Pajaros Pisano 2006 | £16.50
The aroma is complex and creamy with a hint of oak. Extra long and robust taste of jammy wild fruits and cranberries. It has a gentle characteristic and pleasant smooth finish.
France Hautes Cotes de Beaune – Domaine du Prieuré 2004 | £17.00 This Pinot Noir is from the higher slopes above Savigny, extols the virtues of the Pinot Noir grape, with pure fruit, captivating perfume of summer fruits and soft silky balance.
Australia Sangiovese – Icely Road, Orange, New South Wales 2005 | £17.00
The bouquet displays aromas of cherry, blackberry and apple blossom. The palate is vibrant, with liquorice flavours and a savoury tannin finish.
France Chateau Gachon – Montagne St Emilion 2004 | £19.30
Deep ruby colour purple hues and a soft nose of cherry, cassis, and spices. On the palate it is well balanced with a solid structure and a complementary soft mid-palate of ripe red berry fruit.
South Africa Pinotage – Laibach, Stellenbosch 2006 | £21.50
The Daddy of all wines. Big bold plum flavours and complex fruit but retaining a smooth creamy texture. Aged in oak the wine has lovely juicy flavours.
France Fleurie – ‘la Madone’. Georges Blanc 2006 | £21.50
Made from 100% Gamay grapes, which have enjoyed an excellent exposure to the sunshine. This very fruity wine exhibits an aroma of wild strawberries and lush ripe flavours.
Corkage is charged at £4.00 per guest for logistics, chilling bins, ice, and service.
All beverage costs are plus VAT
All wines and champagnes are charged on a consumption basis (per case) to include bottles which are opened or have damaged labels. As a committed environmentally friendly caterer, we dispose of empty bottles at a recycling facility.
