A buffet station will be set up where guests will pick their chosen items from the selection as below, they pile them up in a china bowl. They then give the bowl to the “chefs on show” where they will cook up their dish, the chefs then give the cooked items to the guests in white bento boxes and they either have a choice of fork or chop stick!
