We catererd for a wedidng at the weekend, and our three tired stand filled with 80 individual trifles and dressed with flowers and candles was a real hit…..  Read more for a fun catering option…

Not just any trifle however, this was a trifle made of earl grey tea and sherry fingers, a saffron anglaise, cider syllabub and topped with freeze dried strawberries and pistachio.

Delicious!

Guests were invited into the Walled Garden for coffee and pudding, great on a lovely summers evening (yes the rain held off!). www.walledgardencowdray.co.uk

This idea can also be used for any classic dessert and a real talking point at any function or event including weddings and private parties.
